Within the Netherlands and Belgium, we ship with PostNL, and to all other countries, we use FedEx. You will always receive a tracking code from us to track your package. We guarantee the quality of your instrument primarily through our meticulous handmade production process. Each instrument is crafted and tested with the utmost care and precision, ensuring you receive an instrument that meets our high standards of sound and finish—one that we are truly proud of.

You receive a 2 year warranty on the tuning of the instrument. This means that if anything goes wrong with the tuning during normal use within this period, we will fix it free of charge. If a problem occurs after this period, you can always contact us for retuning your handpan at a reasonable price.

Additionally, we ensure that your handpan stays in excellent condition by providing you with practical maintenance tips. This way, you can enjoy the beautiful sound for years to come! If you have any questions or need assistance, we're always here to help!
